电梯维护保养质量评价规则
1 范围
本文件规定了电梯维护保养质量评价的定义、基本要求、评价规则、评价报告。
本文件适用于湖南省行政区域内电梯维保合同中单台或多台在用曳引驱动电梯(防爆电梯、消防员
电梯、杂物电梯除外) 、自动扶梯、自动人行道的维护保养质量评价。
2 规范性引用文件

3 术语和定义
GB/T 7024 、GB 7588、GB/T 8054 —2008、GB/T 10111 —2008、GB/T 16899 、GB/T 18775 、GB/T 31821 、
GB/T 34146 和GB/T 37217 界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
电梯维护保养质量评价
评价机构接受委托单位委托,以评价电梯维护保养质量为目 的,通过现场检查电梯各项维护保养质
量技术指标以及相关见证资料的方式,对评价中发现的管理、维护保养质量问题进行综合分析,最终对
电梯维护保养质量进行评价的活动。
3.2
委托单位
对电梯的维护保养质量有评价需求的单位,可以是特种设备安全监督管理部门、电梯的产权单位、
电梯的使用单位、电梯的制造单位、电梯的维护保养单位、电梯的保险公司等。
3.3
评价机构
从事电梯维护保养质量评价工作的第三方机构。

全面评价
根据委托单位的申请,对维保合同项目中单台或者多台电梯设备本体现场维护保养质量,以及各项
影响现场维保 质量管理能力的技术指标的评价。

电梯现场维保质量评价
根据委托单位的申请,对所委托的单台或多台电梯设备本体现场维护保养质量的评价。
3.6
第三方机构
与所评价电梯维护保养项目的电梯维护保养单位和电梯使用单位无利害关系的, 并在评价过程中能
